This 50-hour Yoga Australia (YA) registered post-graduate teacher training course will help you understand what happens during all stages of pregnancy, from fertility to conception and how to teach pregnant women in this exciting (but sometimes scary) time in their lives.
In this online course, you will learn appropriate trimester-based yoga and therapeutic yoga for postnatal recovery. You’ll also practice adapting teaching methods to accommodate individual needs so you can leave the course with the confidence to teach.

The COTY Online Natal & Active Birth Yoga Teacher Training is the perfect introduction to remedial natal yoga therapy for teachers of different yoga styles to add depth to their understanding of yoga for women of all ages and stages of life.
This course has been designed for yoga teachers or graduates of our Certificate IV in Yoga Therapy Teaching (10932NAT) and (Certificate IV in Remedial Yoga Teaching 10137NAT).
Alternatively, if you have completed a minimum of 350hr YTT and have 2 years of teaching experience this would be a perfect introduction to Japanese remedial natal yoga therapy.
