Acupressure is a technique similar to acupuncture, except that we use finger pressure rather than fine needles at specific points along the qi meridians to stimulate, disperse and balance the flow or energy. Acupressure is an effective treatment technique to relieve pain, and treat a variety of chronic, acute and degenerative conditions.
