Oriental Therapies is an umbrella term given to techniques based on philosophies of treating a person as a whole – mind-body-spirit or mental-physical-emotional.
It uses utilises a combination of pressure and assisted-stretching techniques, some of which are common to other therapies, such as Massage, Physiotherapy, Acupressure, Osteopathy, Lymphatic Drainage, Do-in, Shiatsu and RYT.
