Our body talks to us in many ways – most obviously throught pain or discomfort. But there are many more subtle ways our body uses to tell us when we are out of balance or not working correctly.
In Remedial Yoga Therapy (RYT) we learn to read these signs and signals by observing the way the body moves and responds to different asanas and postures. In this course you will learn how to read the ‘body-talk’ and how to diagnosis a client with yoga through a framework of diagnostic postures and movements.
This course forms part of our 10138NAT Advanced Diploma of Remedial Yoga Therapy accredited courses designed to teach and treat clients with Remedial Yoga Therapy in a clinical setting.
** Companion course of COTY’s Oriental Diagnosis course as a complete measurable diagnostic system.
